  Ashley helped my wife and I buy our first home, and we couldn't be happier. We ran into some outside difficulties, and she helped us resolve them, even though it wasn't her job to do so. Ashley was very responsive to us when we needed her help, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Ashley was able to guide us in our negotiating in a competitive bidding war, and helped us get our dream starter home. It felt like hitting a home run on the first pitch.   Ashley is amazing! We had VERY difficult buyers AND sellers. She handled everything for us efficiently and professionally. Ashley went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be more grateful! She was always available for us and despite some of the bad news (buyers were crazy) she was always positive and sweet. In the end we end up with good buyers and our asking price. Honestly, she worked her butt off for us. I recommend her 100%.

  Ashlie responded timely and openly during a very rough ride. I had a buyer before the property was listed. The other realtor misrepresented a buyer who was supposedly already approved for an appropriate loan amount. Time passed and still no loan. We ended up dropping that buyer due to numerous delays. I had a second buyer, who had cash. This buyer was not ready to move. His spouse insisted so he took his anger out on me. Ashlie rose to the occasion and weathered a few calls from me and him that were less than pleasant. I have to say, she handled all of this with professionalism and aplomb.

  From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with Ashley. (BTW, some of the other reviews refer to Anna ... same person).
  I live on the East Coast and needed to sell the house quickly, but wanted a fair price for it. She knew how to price the property. She helped me get it ready for presentation. We quickly found a buyer at a fair price. Then she helped me through the escrow process.
  Although she charges less commission than other agents, I can't imagine a full-price agent giving better service than she did. If I ever needed to buy or sell property in Southern California again, I would go straight to her.

  Ashley was very professional at all times. She had thorough knowledge of her field. She completed An impossible sale in less than 30 days from signing the contract to closing the deal and completing escrow. Even with the worst tenants who refused to move out, pay rent, or show the property, Ashley took charge and took on the challenge with her great team and vast network of buyers and got our home sold in less than 30 days. Outstanding realtor and I absolutely recommend her highly!

  First I want to say how fortunate I was to have Anna as my agent. She was knowledgeable in all areas of real estate. She always answered my texts, emails and phone calls in a timely manner. My home sold very quickly due to her expertise. Her commission fees are 4% which is lower then most real estate agents. If you are looking for a wonderful real estate agent call Anna Howie.   Anna Howie's efforts made the difficult process of selling my family home as easy as possible. Her efforts also made it a less anxiety producing event especially since I lived more than an hour away.
  From the beginning, she provided good advice including a market analysis that ultimately proved spot on. She remained calm and offered encouragement during the process of readying the property for sale. She answered all my questions quickly and with expert advice.   I was very impressed with Realtor Ashley Howie. She sold my home and was my realtor for the purchase of our current home concurrently. With contingent sales it can be a bit tricky, but Ms. Howie was professional, hardworking and didn't rest until the deal was complete. She handled both sides of the transaction very well and even helped the buyers realtor with their lender issues. She was a great liason with my bank when they had specific questions that I didn't have answers for. She was always available to answer questions as well as offer her expertise in many areas.   This was my first time buying a home, it’s not a small decision to make and I was completely unaware of all the steps in the process. When I met Omar in a open house Immediately felt at ease and he walked me through every step of the process.
